These terms apply when you use the Rocco Capone store or buy anything from it. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Not financial advice: Everything Rocco Capone sells, including its eBooks, charts, examples and social posts, is for education and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, option or other financial product. Rocco is a cartoon raccoon. The trades in our books are real, but they show what happened, including the mistakes. They are not a promise of what will happen for you.

Trading is risky: Trading stocks and options, especially short-dated (0DTE) options, can lose you money quickly, and you can lose your whole investment. Past results don't predict future results. You are responsible for your own trading decisions and should talk to a licensed professional before you risk money.

Digital products and your licence: When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download and read it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, copy or redistribute the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Rocco Capone keeps all rights to its content, characters and artwork.

Prices and payment: Prices are shown in the store's currency at checkout and may change at any time. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds: Digital products are delivered instantly, so all sales are final. See our Refund Policy for what we do when a file doesn't arrive or doesn't work.

Limitation of liability: To the extent allowed by law, Rocco Capone is not liable for any trading losses or any other direct or indirect losses that come from using our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
