Refund policy

Rocco Capone sells digital products (PDF eBooks) that are delivered instantly after purchase. Because the file is yours as soon as you pay, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

If something goes wrong, we will make it right. If your download link doesn't arrive, the file won't open, or the file is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your order number. We will resend a working copy, and if we can't fix the problem we will give you a full refund.

If you were charged twice for the same product by mistake, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.

There is nothing to ship or return. Please don't mail anything to us.
